Volunteers Meeting

It's less than 2 weeks before the con! Aside from volunteers for Sylar's Victims, we also need people to man the booth. We will use the buddy system. Each pair can take turns, say, every after 1 hour? More details at the Volunteer's meeting :)

I'm posting here the proposed meeting sched, Friday Oct 19 (7pm) or Sunday Oct 21 (3pm). Venue is either Coffee Bean Greenbelt 3 or Starbucks Shangrila Mall. Let's vote on the date and venue. (I'm treating a cookie for each volunteer, haha)
