CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
50% Creativity & Originality
35% Visual Presentation & Accuracy
15% Over-all impact

Costume Guidelines:
1. Contestants should come in pairs dressed as a "Famous Pair". One Pair is considered as one (1) entry.
2. Pairs not necessarily male & female. They can be both female or both male.
3. Costumes may be based on the following :
Historical/Literature (books)
Political
Movies
Pop Icons
TV Series (Live Action only)
Cartoons (Disney & Looney Toones only) - No graphic Novels/ Animes .
4. No scary, gory, messy, lewd or vulgar costumes.
5. The organizers reserves the right to refuse people who do not follow the criteria mentioned above from joining the contest.
6. Contestants are encouraged to pre-register their costumes beginning on October 15 to ensure that they conform to the guidelines and will not be disqualified on the day of the contest.
